Contest Rules

A) Topic
	The themes of the Spring - Easter event of the Championship cover any Spring and Easter related theme, and also include St Patrick's Day. The competition entrance page has to be on the right theme or you will lose points. No canoes are allowed on the tennis court, no matter how nicely they are painted up. Redirects can get you disqualified. Compliance with the theme is judged by previous World Championship winners who are not currently competing. The average of the "% ON-TOPIC" score given to a site by the independent judges at the end of the competition and is used as a multiplier on top of the votes and ratings.
B) Access:
	The submitted link must lead DIRECTLY to the pages that you are competing with, NOT to some other page from which the contest submission could theoretically be found with some searching. Check the link that you submit after we post it to make sure that is the one you want. Password requirements, interstitials or similar obstructions can automatically disqualify an entry.
C) Content:
	Sites that have pornographic, discriminatory, hateful or fanatic content or are not family safe for any other reason, will be excluded from the championship. Links to undesirable pages will be considered the same as if those pages were on the same site.
D) Copyright:
	Contestants may not use stolen graphics or text. If copies of other peoples creation are used, credit must be given to the creator and the contestant has to obtain permission to use that material before the championship begins.
E) Promotion:
	Contestants hereby grant the rights to the contest organizers to use small sections of their submission to promote the championship. This promotional material may be re-used in a "Hall of Fame" and during promotion for future championships. Proper credit will be given if your material is used.
F) Ease of use:
	It is your choice to host your site wherever you feel like, and you can use any software you choose.
